| Q 4. After I Buy a new phone,how can I transfer the old license to my new phone? |
A: First, unregister IVCM/PhonePilot with your old phone. After unregistering successfully, IVCM/PhonePilot on your old phone will return to trial version. So that you can re-use the license code to the new phone.

| Q 5. I didn*t apply GPRS/WAP/3G service from my operator, how can it register? |
A: A possible solution is to use other SIM card with Internet/WAP connection to complete registration process. For example, maybe you can borrow a SIM from your friends. After registered, you can switch back your own SIM card without any problem.
If you phone supported WiFi (WLAN), another possible solution is to find a hotspot to get into Internet.

A: It's safe to upgrade your phone. You only need to re-insatll IVCM/PhonePilot and register again using old license code.

| Q 8. How can I create a schedule from today to tomorrow? |
A: If you want to set the schedule time from 11:00pm today to 7:00am tomorrow, in this version, you must set 2 profiles in schedule, first from 11:00pm to 11:59pm and second from 0:00am to 7:00am. In the further version the issue well be solved.

| Q 9. What*s personal IVR? |
A: IVR is a technology to detect remote callers' key press sequence and respond them by pre-defined actions. In general, these jobs are done by IVR embedded hardware or more powerful computers. For example, the majority of companies of telephone are managed by IVR. Thus you can press on a key to choose the number of caller you want to connect to or let an operator to handle your call. Or to leave a message when the recipient misses. Another current example is the interactive centers of information. They are used to inform yourself using ordinary phone calls.

A: The most possible reason that caused this problem is you are installing an older version of IVCM/PhonePilot. Please check the FAQ #1 to get the latest version of them. The latest version will solve your problem.

| Q 11. How can I record outgoing calls? |
A: If you want to record outgoing calls to someone, you must list his/her name and phone number on a list which is holded by a "Record conversation" rule inside a record conversation porfile.Note,this profile must set active to work as you want,recording both incoming calls and outgoing calls.
For example, create a new profile named "Record conversation" in profile view,set the field "Callers on" as "All callers",set the field Response as "Record conversation".Then, set this "Record conversation" profile to active profile.So,IVCM/PhonePilot will record both your incoming calls and outgoing calls with all callers.Similarly,you can specify the callers whom you want record conversation with.

| Q 12. How can I transfer voice messages and recorded call conversations from my phone to my PC? |
A: There are two ways for your demand. 1) Use Nokia PC Suite to copy them out. All your voice messages and recorded call conversations are located in directory "Sounds". 2) In IVCM/PhonePilot, switch to Message Box View, select "Send" option to transfer a specified voice message from mobile to PC. It will list all available ways for connecting to your PC or other phones. Select the most suitable way to you.
