A: To download a installable file to PC, please visit our website at http://www.mobisophy.com with your PC browser and download zip file. Please install the jar file or jad file from you PC to phone.

A: UltraIM Pro version supports MSN display picture and p2p file transfer and other advanced features that UltraIM standard version doesn't support.

| Q 4. Which application can I install for my phone, UltraIM or UltraIM Pro? UltraIM Pro? |
A: If your phone have Java JSR135 (Mobile Media API) or JSR75 (file system access), you can install UltraIM Pro. UltraIM Pro is for all Java MIDP 2.0 phones with JSR135 (Mobile Media API) or JSR75 (file system access). If you are not sure about your device, please download and try it. For uncompatible devices, please try UltraIM standard version.

| Q 5. I'm getting "UltraIM Pro is not compatible with this device! Please install UltraIM Standard version." when I install UltraIM Pro, Why? |
A: This message means that Java application can not capture picture and browse file system on your phone, so the new features of UltraIM Pro can not be implement on your phone. You can try UltraIM Pro on other device or you can install UltraIM standard version on your phone.

| Q 6. Can I continue to use my licence with my new phone? |
A: Certainly you can. Your licence is only bound to your MSN account, not bound to any device. You can change your phone and use the same licence.

| Q 7. I have a licence, but I'm getting "Account was changed 10 times, you can't change it anymore", what's wrong with it? |
A: One licence is bound to one MSN account and not bound to device. At first, you have 10 times to choose the MSN account, and after 10 times, the licence is fixed to the MSN account you input last. If you want to use the second account, you need the second licence.

A: If you want to switch UltraIM to UltraIM Pro, you need only to pay the price difference. Please contact us.

| Q 10. I'm getting "Establishing network connection failed. ErrorCode=-3", what can I do? |
A: This error message indicates that UltraIM / UltraIM Pro could not successfully establish a network connection, for any of a number of reasons. Verify you're in a zone with adequate network coverage. Occasionally, transient connectivity problems are the cause and, in that case, simply retry your request.
If this is a new install and you haven't yet been able to connect successfully, it's likely you need to configure/reconfigure an appropriate mode for network access. This will be phone-specific and carrier-specific. On GSM/GPRS networks, UltraIM needs full Internet connection over GPRS not WAP and MMS connection. The APN of WAP Connection is different from that of Full Internet Connection. Please ask your carrier that how to config a internet connection for sending/receiving email, then you can use this setting for UltraIM(Java application). Or you can visit GPRS/Internet Settings for some instructions.

A: See answer of Q10.

| Q 12. When connecting, I get a lot of "Do you give permission for the application to make a network connection to send/receive data?" messages. How can I kill them? |
A: By default your phone has a high level of security toward newly installed applications. You can configure your phone's application settings to permit connection always, then you will not get many confirmation messages next time. Consult your phone's manual or manufacture to get more infomation.

A: You can use number key 2 as up, and number key 5 as down instead.

A: If you get a error message like "You are not authorized to access file system, check Java Application permission settings" when browsing file system on your phone, it means you have to configure Java Application Security Settings to allow file system access.

| Q 15. I got nothing after I pay my money via PayPal or Share*It, why? |
A: Don't worry, We'll send registration information to you ASAP, no longer than 2 business days. If you didn't received any registration email after two business days, the most possible case is this email message was treated as SPAM email by your email system. Please contact us with different email address so that we can reach you again.
