UltraIM needs full Internet connection over GPRS instead of WAP and MMS connection. A GPRS connection needs to have a correct Access Point configured, and the configuration is mobile operator dependent. Please note that most operators provide GPRS settings suitable for WAP browsing by default, and that the Internet connection over GPRS usually requires different settings. Please edit Access Point refers to an Internet access point rather than a WAP access point, and set the "Gateway IP address" to 0.0.0.0.
 

Note: If you cannot find your GPRS settings from the list below or you cannot connect to the Internet over GPRS, please contact your network operator to obtain more information about your device's GPRS settings.
